With a background in Engineering, he brings over 23 years of experience in the Modular Furniture Industry. Viren Kharwade is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall operations, managing relationships with key clients, and steering the company toward long-term growth and innovation.
Before starting the company, Viren Kharwade gained hands-on experience in the Modular Furniture Industry, where he developed a deep understanding of customer needs, design trends, and efficient production processes. His commitment to excellence and passion for design have driven OPAL FURNITECH to become a modular office furniture market leader.

Mr. Yogesh Kharwade M.B.A. Finance, Partners of Opal Furnitech Management have very strong academic qualifications.
Yogesh Kharwade, the financial and operational backbone of OPAL FURNITECH, oversees financial strategy, operations, and daily management. With an MBA in Finance and 20+ years in the Modular Furniture Industry, he ensures efficiency, profitability, and scalability. He manages financial planning, budgeting, investments, supply chain, and production, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective product delivery. His expertise in balancing operations with financial sustainability has built a strong foundation for OPAL FURNITECH’s growth.
